I needed to make a change immediately after placing my order. I called and spoke with a customer support specialist, Laurice Brodhagen, and explained the problem. Since I had just placed the order, she was able to correct the problem and confirmed it with me on the phone and over email and sent the order off to production. We just received the frame yesterday and were extremely happy with the product. Beautiful frame and impeccable craftsmanship. I will now be ordering another frame for my son who graduates in December.

I'm really happy with how my frames turned out. They look really nice, arrived safely (packaged VERY well for shipping), and the instructions for framing and hanging were very easy to follow. I especially liked the way the hanging hardware created a small hole in the drywall to mark where I was supposed to put the nails and that a bubble level was included to make sure it was straight. The frames are a little pricey, but now that I have received mine, I can honestly say the cost is worth it.
Finally received the frame for this bad boy from @university.frames.
