1. When will my order ship?
Most frames ship within one week via UPS Ground. We offer Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping. Please call us for pricing.

2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Please call for pricing on other destinations.

3. What shipping method do you use?
We use UPS for most shipping destinations (U.S., Canada & Puerto Rico) U.S. Mail is used for many international destinations.

4. Where are the prices for the frames?
Please "Design Your Frame" first on the website to get a price.

5. I don’t see my school listed. Can I still order a frame with my school name on the matboard?
Please call us! We add new schools whenever possible.

6. Can I order a frame with a plain mat?
Yes, there is a 10% discount on all frames that are not imprinted. This option is on our home page.

7. Do I need to send my diploma?
No, the frame comes with instructions on how to easily insert your diploma or document.

8. I don’t know the diploma size. Aren’t they all a standard size?
Diploma sizes vary depending on a multitude of factors...year of graduation, type of degree, undergraduate degree or post-graduate degree (law and medical degrees are often different sizes). If you have not yet received your diploma or are buying the frame as a gift, you can contact the school directly and get this information. Contact the school's Registrar's Office for exact degree size.

9. What are the outside dimensions of a frame?
It depends on the size of your document and the moulding you choose. Please call Customer Service for this information.

10. What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please send the frame back in its original packaging. As long as the frame is in good condition we will issue a refund for the price of the frame less a 20% restocking fee. Please include your invoice number, name, address, phone number and reason you are returning or exchanging your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please send the frame back within 60 days in its original packaging.
